"SISTEMA DE GERAçãO DE IMAGEM DE COR DE CARNEPARA PROGNóSTICO DO SABOR AGRADáVEL ERENDIMENTO". Aqui é descrito um sistema de análise de imagemde vídeo (VIA) para registrar características proféticas do saboragradável e rendimento de uma carcaça ou corte de animal decarne.
