Abstract
SISTEMA E MÉTODO PARA ANALISAR AS PROPRIEDADES DE CARNES USANDO IMAGEAMENTO MULTIESPECTRAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e método para obter imagens multiespectrais de carne fresca em bandas de comprimento de onda predeterminadas em uma primeira vez, submeter as imagens à análise em um sistema de análise de imagem compreendendo um programa de computação para executar tal análise, e produzir uma previsão de maciez da carne em um ponto de tempo posterior. Bandas de comprimentos de onda fundamentais predeterminadas são pré-correlatadas com um grau alto de predição de maciez da carne e/ou outras propriedades da carne e são usadas no sistema e método multiespectrais. Um sistema e método para determinar os comprimentos de onda fundamentais são também descritos. O sistema e o método de imageamento multiespectral são adequados para o uso em um cenário industrial, tal como uma fábrica de processamento de carne. O sistema e o método são úteis em um método para determinar a qualidade e tipos de rendimento no, ou próximo do, tempo de imageamento em vez de inspeção visual com o olho humano sem ajuda, aumentando a eficiência e objetividade.
