Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE CARCAçA PARA PNEUS DE RODA DE VEìCULO, E, PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DA MESMA". A formação de uma dobra de carcaça ocorre pela colocação em um suporte toroidal (11), de uma primeira e uma segunda séries de seções tipo tira (13,14) cortadas do tamanho certo a partir de um elemento tipo tira contínua (2a) e cada uma compreendendo elementos tipo fio longitudinais (15) incorporados em uma camada de material elastomérico (18). As seções (13) da primeira série são seq³encialmente dispostas a alguma distância circunferencial uma da outra, para formar partes laterais (19) nas abas de extremidade (19a) das quais as partes primárias (4a) das respectivas estruturas de reforço de friso (4) são aplicadas. As seções (14) da segunda série são cada uma intercalada no espaço definido entre duas seções da primeira série (13), com as respectivas abas de extremidade (20a) sobrepondo às partes primárias (4a) das estruturas anulares (4). As partes adicionais (24) das estruturas anulares são aplicadas às abas de extremidade (20a) das seções (14) pertencentes à segunda série.
