Abstract

"FONE PORTáTIL". Em um fone portátil incluindo um corpo de fone, uma cobertura e um mecanismo de articulação adaptado para acoplar mecanicamente a cobertura ao corpo de fone, o mecanismo de articulação incluindo pelo menos um módulo de articulação montado no corpo de fone e adaptado para articular a cobertura com relação ao corpo de fone para abrir e fechar a cobertura. O módulo de articulação inclui um alojamento de articulação possuindo uma parede de fundo, e um par de paredes terminais laterais opostas espaçadas uma da outra em uma direção de eixo de rotação, uma das paredes terminais laterais possuindo um furo, o alojamento de articulação sendo complementamente aberto em uma sua extremidade superior e possuindo ainda um par de paredes terminais longitudinais opostas espaçadas uma da outra em uma direção normal à direção do eixo de rotação, um eixo de articulação possuindo uma porção em forma de elevação provida de um par de superfícies de ressalto opostas em uma sua porção longitudinal e uma porção de eixo em sua outra porção longitudinal, o eixo de articulação sendo arranjado no alojamento de articulação de tal modo que a porção de eixo se estenda através do furo do alojamento de articulação para fora do alojamento de articulação e é acoplado à cobertura, de modo a girar junto com a cobertura, um ressalto de articulação arranjado no alojamento de articulação de tal modo que ele fique voltado para o eixo de articulação na direção de eixo de rotação, o ressalto de articulação possuindo, em uma sua porção longitudinal, um par de protuberâncias em forma de elevação provias, respectivamente, de superfícies de ressalto voltadas uma para outra definindo uma porção em forma de vale entre elas, e, em sua outra porção longitudinal, uma protuberância de montagem se estendendo na direção do eixo de rotação, o ressalto de articulação encaixando-se, na porção em forma de vale, com a porção em forma de elevação do eixo de articulação, de tal modo que ele deslize reto na direção do eixo de rotação e acordo com a rotação do eixo de articulação, e uma mola de articulação arranjada no alojamento de articulação na direção do eixo de rotação para pressionar o ressalto de articulação em direção ao eixo de articulação na direção do eixo de rotação.
