Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçõES DE MASSAS DE FARINHA FEITAS COM FLUNULOS DE BATATAS DESIDRATADAS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a composições de massa de farinha que compreendem flânulos, usados para produzir produtos pré-fabricados. Tais flânulos apresentam propriedades físicas que se encontram entre os flocos e grânulos. A massa de farinha produzida a partir dos flânulos é mais coesiva, não aderente e de melhor processabilidade do que a massa de farinha produzida a partir de flocos ou grânulos de batata.
