Abstract
"DISPERSãO AQUOSA, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DA MESMA, COMPOSIçãO DE RESINA EPOXI CURáVEL, E, COMPOSIçãO EPOXI FUNCIONAL". Emulsões aquosas estáveis de resinas epoxi são produzidas usando-se um tensoativo epoxi funcional preparado pela reação de uma amidoamina tendo a fórmula (I), (II), (III), onde R^ 1^ é um grupo alquila, arila ou arila-alquila ou mistura dos mesmos tendo 1 a 15 átomos de carbono, R^ 2^ é um grupo alifático, ciclo-alifático ou aromático tendo 2 a 18 átomos de carbono, opcionalmente contendo oxigênio não reativo ou no máximo uma média de 4 átomos de nitrogênio secundários e/ou terciários por estrutura na cadeia principal, X e Y são independentemente um grupo metila ou etila e hidrogênio com a condição de que quando X é metila ou etila, Y é hidrogênio ou se Y é metila ou etila, X é hidrogênio, e n + m + o é um número real de 40 a 400, e n + o é um número real em uma quantidade efetiva para causar a emulsificação da resina, e a relação de (I) para (II) em peso está na faixa de 100:0 até 0:100, a relação de (I) para (III) em peso está na faixa de 100:0 até 0:100, e a relação de (II) para (III) em peso está na faixa de 100:0 até 0:100, e pelo menos uma resina epoxi, tendo uma funcionalidade maior do que 0,8 grupos epóxido por molécula em uma relação equivalente de amina para epoxi de pelo menos 1:2; processo para preparação da referida dispersão aquosa e composição funcional epoxi preparada por reação da amidoamina mencionada antes com uma resina epoxi.
