Abstract

<B>"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE 1,3-PROPANODIOL"<D> A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de 1,3-propanodiol através da hidrogenação catalisada heterogeneamente de 3-hidroxipropionaldeído em uma solução aquosa de 30 até 180°C, pressão de hidrogênio de 5 a 300 bar e valor de pH de 2,5 a 7,0, no qual é utilizado rutênio sobre um suporte óxido como catalisador.
