Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MONOOXIGENASES DO CITOCROMO P450"<D>. Monooxigenases dependentes do citocromo P450~ II~ e moléculas de DNA que codificam essas monooxigenases são proporcionadas, monooxigenases estas que são capazes de catalisar a conversão biossintética de aldoximas em nitrilas e a conversão das nitrilas nas cianidrinas correspondentes, que são os precursores de glicosídeos cianogênicos. Além disso, a invenção proporciona métodos para obtenção de moléculas de DNA de acordo com a invenção e métodos para obtenção de plantas transgênicas resistentes a insetos, acarídeos ou nematóides, ou plantas com valor nutritivo aperfeiçoado.
