Abstract

"APARELHOS PARA FRACIONAMENTO E ESPALHAMENTO DE PARTìCULAS, ESPECIALMENTE DE PARTìCULAS FIBROSAS". A invenção refere-se a aparelho para o fracionamento especialmente de partículas fibrosas tendo diferentes tamanhos, especialmente fibras de ligno-celulose ou contendo celulose, cavacos ou partículas similares. O aparelho compreende uma tremonha dosadora (1) contendo as partículas não fracionadas, um dispositivo peneirador substancialmente planar (19) conectado a jusante com a tremonha dosadora (1) e uma alimentadora para a tremonha dosadora (1) através da qual as partículas são alimentadas pela tremonha dosadora (1) à superfície do dispositivo peneirador (19). Um dispositivo transportador com uma pluralidade de segmentos distribuidores (17) que são mutuamente separados, e que podem se deslocar ao longo da superfície do dispositivo peneirador (19) previstas na área do dispositivo peneirador (19). Parte das partículas alimentadas pelo dispositivo alimentador à superfície do dispositivo peneirador (19) podem ser avançadas ou deslocadas ao longo do dispositivo peneirador (19) sobre cada um dos segmentos distribuidores.
