Abstract

Det blir beskrevet en innretning til fraksjonering av spesielt fiberpartikJer med forskjellige størrelser, spesielt fra lignincellulose og/eller cellulseholdige fibre, spon eller lignende partikler. Innretningen omfatter en doseringsbunker (1) som inneholder de ufraksjonerte partiklene, en flat formet siktinnretning tilkoplet doser- ingsbunkeren (1), og en tilførselsenhet på doserings- bunkeren (1) som partiklene kan bringes fra doser- ingsbunkeren (1) til overflaten på siktinnretningen (19) med. I området ved overflaten av siktinnretningen (19) er det anordnet en transportinnretning med mange porsjoneringsavsnitt (17) som er skilt fra hverandre og er bevegelige langs overflaten av siktinnretningen (19). En del av partiklene som er brakt til overflaten på siktinnretningen (19) av tilførselsenheten kan transpor- teres eller forskyves langs overflaten av siktinnret- ningen (19) på hvert av porsjoneringsavsnittene. Videre blir det beskrevet en innretning av spredning av fortrinnsvis fiberpartikler, spesielt innsatt med binde- middel som f.eks. trefiber, trespon eller lignende.
