Abstract

"INIBIçãO DE SENSO INTRON DA EXPRESSãO DE ENZIMA DE RAMIFICAçãO DE AMIDO" é descrito um método de inibição de expressão de gene. O método, que afeta a atividade enzimática em uma planta, compreende expressar em uma planta (ou célula, ou tecido ou órgão da mesma) uma seq³ência de nucleotídio onde a sequência de nucleotídio codifica, parcial ou completamente por uma classe de A SBE intron, com uma orientação de senso; e onde a seq³ência de nucleotídio não contém a seq³ência que tem senso a uma seq³ência exon normalmente associada com o intron.
