Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"PREPARADOS FARMACêUTICOS DE CILANSETRON ESTABILIZADOS CONTRA A RACEMIZAçãO"<D>. Descrevem-se preparados farmacêuticos sólidos ou líquidos que contêm como princípio ativo cilansetron ou os seus sais de adição de ácido, os quais, para estabilização do cilansetron contra a recemização, contêm uma quantidade suficiente de um aditivo ácido hidrossóluvel fisiologicamente aceitável, selecionado dentre ácidos orgânicos monobásicos ou polibásicos com 2 a 12 átomos de carbono e um primeiro valor de pK~ s~ entre 1,1 e 4,8 sais ácidos dos ácidos orgânicos polibásicos mencionados e sais ácidos de ácidos minerais polibásicos com um primeiro valor de pK~ s~ disponível entre 1,5 e 7,5. Descreve-se ainda a utilização dos aditivos ácidos para a estabilização do cilansetron contra a racemização em preparados farmacêuticos.
