Abstract

"FERRAMENTA ROTATIVA DE TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFìCIE ESTOJO ROTATIVO DE TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFìCIE, E, ESCOVA ROTATIVA". Uma ferramenta rotativa de tratamento de superfície é fixada a um acionador rotativo com um estojo. A ferramenta de tratamento de superfície inclui uma base com uma parte do meio em torno de um furo central, e um ou mais botões de fixação são colocados no lado frontal da parte do meio. Uma chapa de fixação ou porca retentora possui um flange que se estende radialmente sobre a parte do meio da base. Os botões de fixação se conjugam com furos no flange da porca retentora. A ferramenta de tratamento de superfície é apertada sobre o eixo girando a ferramenta de tratamento de superfície, com o botão de fixação girando a porca retentora e deste modo apertando a porca retentora no eixo roscado. A montagem e o aperto sem qualquer ferramenta são assim facilitados. A base pode ser produzida de um material flexível, retentor de forma, e são providos recessos por trás dos botões de fixação para permitir o uso com uma porca retentora sem um recesso conjugável. A ferramenta de tratamento de superfície pode ser uma escova que possui cerdas que se estendem a cerca de 90° com o plano da base. As cerdas estão dispostas num padrão de curvas de cerda helicoidais, com cada curva de cerda provendo uma varredura relativamente contínua.
