Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO RìGIDO DE CéLULAS ABERTAS, ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO RìGIDA, COMPOSIçãO ADEQUADA PARA USO COMO UM AGENTE ABRIDOR DE CéLULAS, COMPOSIçãO DE POLIISOCIANATO E COMPOSIçãO DE POLIOL". Processo para preparar uma espuma de poliuretano rígida de células abertas por reagir um poliisocianato com um poliol na presença de um agente de sopro, usualmente água, e um agente abridor de células. O agente abridor de células compreende uma combinação de um polioxialquileno polisiloxano tendo um ponto de névoa de 65°C ou menos, e uma segunda substância que tenha uma energia livre superficial crítica de menos que cerca de 23 mJ/m². Altamente preferida como segunda substância é um polímero de poli(tetrafluoroetileno) particulado fino.
