Abstract
"MéTODO PARA SECAGEM DE PAPEL E EXTREMIDADE DE SECAGEM DE UMA MáQUINA DE FABRICAR PAPEL", sendo que, no referido método, a malha de papel (W) a ser seca é passada da seção de prensa para uma seção de secagem à frente (D~ 1~), na qual a malha de papel (W) é seca pelo lado da sua face inferior nos grupos de secadores (R~ 1~...R~ N~) que aplicam um puxador com fio único. A seção de secagem à frente (D~ 1~) compreende, exclusivamente, grupos de fio único (R~ 1~...R~ N~) com puxador de fio único. Da seção de secagem à frente (D~ 1~), a malha de papel (W) é passada para o interior de uma seção de acabamento (D~ 2~). Aqui, a malha de papel é revestida/tem sua superfície dimensionada por meio de um equipamento de revestimento/dimensionador de superfície (20), seca na seção de pós-secagem (30), na qual a malha de papel (W) é seca em pelo menos um grupo de secadores (R~ 21~) que aplicam um puxador de fio único normal. A seguir, a malha de papel (W) é calandrada em uma calandra (40) e passada para uma estação de bobinamento (50). No método, o enroscamento da malha de papel (W) é controlado através de elementos (19; 31; 32; 33; 34; 35; 36; R~ 32~, R~ 33~; D~ syl~, D~ tela~) e/ou através de conjuntos e combinações formados dos referidos elementos na área da seção de secagem à frente (D~ 1~) e/ou da seção de acabamento (D~ 2~). Além disso, é descrita uma extremidade de secagem de uma máquina de fabricar papel, compreendendo uma seção de secagem à frente (D~ 1~) e uma seção de acabamento (D~ 2~). A seção de acabamento (D~ 2~) compreende um equipamento de revestimento/ dimensionador de superfície (20), uma seção de pós-secagem (30), uma calandra (40) e uma estação de bobinamento (50). A extremidade de secagem compreende elementos (19; 31; 32; 33; 34; 35; 36; R~ 32~R~ 33~; D~syl~, D~ tela~) e/ou conjuntos e combinações formados dos referidos elementos para controlar o enroscamento da malha de papel (W) na área da seção de secagem à frente (D~ 1~) e/ou na seção de acabamento (D~ 2~).
