Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFìCIES METáLICAS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método para tratamento de superfícies metálicas que consistem em zinco, magnésio ou alumínio ou de ligas de zinco, magnésio ou alumínio e às quais vernizes, revestimentos plásticos, tintas, compostos vedantes ou adesivos são aplicados após o tratamento. O tratamento das superfícies metálicas ocorre em temperaturas entre 10 e 100°C por meio de imersão, pulverização ou laminação, com uma solução aquosa. A solução apresenta um valor de pH de 2 a 13 e contém 10^ -5^ a 1 mol/l de um ou mais compostos do tipo XYZ. Y é um grupo orgânico com 2 a 50 átomos de carbono e apresenta uma estrutura de cadeia reta. X é um grupo COOH-, HSO~ 3~-, HSO~ 4~-, (OH)~ 2~PO-, (OH)~ 2~PO~ 2~-, (OH)(OR')PO- ou (OH)(OR')PO~ 2~, onde Z é um grupo OH-, SH-, NH~ 2~-, NHR', CN-, CH=CH~ 2~-, OCN, epóxido-, CH~ 2~=CR"-COO-, acrilamida-, COOH-, (OH)~ 2~PO-, (OH)~ 2~PO~ 2~-, (OH)(OR')PO- ou (OH)(OR')PO~ 2~. R' é um grupo alquila com 1 a 4 átomos de carbono. R" é um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila com 1 a 4 átomos de carbono. Os grupos X e Z são individualmente ligados ao grupo Y em sua posição terminal.
