Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"ANTAGONISTAS MUSCARìNICOS"<D>. I copiar a fórmula (I) constante da página única de Resumo no texto original. Trata-se de compostos de piperazina di-N-substituída ou de piperidina 1,4 di-substituída de acordo com a fórmula I (incluindo todos os isómeros, sais, ésteres e solvatos), na qual R, R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^, R^ 4^, R^ 21^, R^ 27^, R^ 28^, X, I e Z conforme aqui definido são antagonistas muscarínicos utilizáveis no tratamento de distúrbios cognitivos, tais como a doença de Alzheimer. Também são apresentados composições farmacêuticas e métodos de preparação. Também são apresentadas combinações sinergísticas de compostos da fórmula acima com inibidores de acetil colina esterase.
