Abstract

<B>"DESPARAFINAçãO DE óLEO LUBRIFICANTE COM MEMBRANA DE SEPARAçãO"<D>. Um processo semi-contínuo para desparafinação com solvente, um fluxo de alimentação de óleo de petróleo ceroso pela diluição de um fluxo de alimentação de óleo ceroso (1) com solvente (2), aquecimento do fluxo de solvente/óleo ceroso misturado para dissolver cristais de cera presentes no mesmo, resfriamento da mistura para precipitar quaisquer cristais de cera não solúveis no solvente, filtração dos cristais de cera do fluxo de solvente/óleo de petróleo misturado com um filtro (11), contato do filtrado frio sob pressão com uma membrana permeável, seletiva (7), de modo a permear seletivamente o solvente e desse modo separar o solvente do óleo de petróleo desparafinado, e parar periodicamente o processo de permeação e dirigir um fluxo quente de solvente sobre a superfície da membrana permeável seletiva para lavar a membrana e remover impurezas da mesma.
