Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PARTIDA DE UM PROCESSO DE EPOXIDAçãO, UM CATALISADOR E UM PROCESSO PARA A EPOXIDAçãO DE UMA OLEFINA". Processo para a partida de um processo para a epoxidação de uma olefina, cujo processo compreende (a) pré-encharcamento de um catalisador de epoxidação altamente seletivo baseado em prata com um haleto orgânico,, e (b) passagem sobre o catalisador pré-encharcado de uma limentação que está livre de haleto orgânico ou que compreende um haleto orgânico em uma concentração de no máximo 2x10^ -4^ moles-%, calculada sobre as bases do teor de halogênio em relação à alimentação total, por um período de mais de 16 horas até 200 horas; um catalisador apropriado para a epoxidação de uma olefina, cujo catalisador é obtenível pelo dito processo; e um processo para a epoxidação de uma olefina, cujo processo compreende o dito processo e onde subsequentemente o catalisador é contactado com uma alimentação compreendendo a olefina, oxigênio e um haleto orgânico onde a concentração do haleto orgânico é pelo menos 0,2x10^ -4^ moles-% maior que a concentração aplicada na etapa (b), calculada nas bases do teor de halogênio em relação à alimentação total.
