Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA INTRODUZIR UMA DOSE DE UM COMPONENTE LìQUIDO EM UM RECIPIENTE QUE TEM UMA BOCA ABERTA E APARELHO PARA INTRODUZIR UM VOLUME DETERMINADO DE UM COMPONENTE LìQUIDO EM UM RECIPIENTE QUE TEM UMA BOCA ABERTA". Há dificuldades práticas na dosagem de um componente de uma composição em seu recipiente, tal como um produto para cuidados pessoais em um aplicador manual em uma linha de enchimento, devido em parte ao tempo curto que fica disponível para a operação. As dificuldades podem ser reduzidas ou superadas ao se empregar um aparelho de dosagem no qual uma bomba de medição (4) alimenta um material fluível (2) tal como um líquido através de um bocal de dosagem (5) posicionado acima de um recipiente (9) destinado a receber uma carga, sendo que o bocal de dosagem tem uma pluralidade de bicos individuais (7) espaçados uns dos outros de modo a impedir que as suas correntes individuais fiquem coalescidas e os bicos estendem-se suficientemente abaixo de seu suporte para impedir que as gotas dos bicos adjacentes fiquem coalescidas.
