Abstract

"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO, USO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, MéTODOS PARA INIBIR A HDAC EM UMA CéLULA, PARA O TRATAMENTO DE UMA CONDIçãO MEDIADA PELA HDAC, DE UM CONDIçãO PROLIFERATIVA, DE CâNCER E DE PSORìASE". Esta invenção diz respeito a certos compostos de ácido carbâmico que inibem a atividade de HDAC (histona desacetilase) da seguinte fórmula: em que: Cy é independentemente um grupo ciclila; Q^ 1^ é independentemente uma ligação covalente ou grupo líder ciclila; o grupo piperazin-1,4-diíla é opcionalmente substituído; J^ 1^ é independentemente uma ligação covalente ou -C(=O)-; J^ 2^ é independentemente -C(=O)- ou -S(=O)~ 2~-; Q^ 2^ é independentemente um grupo lider ácido; em que: Cy é independentemente: carbociclila C~ 3-20~, heterociclila C~ 3-20~ ou arila C~ 5-20~; e é opcionalmente substituído; Q^ 1^ é independentemente: uma ligação covalente; alquileno C~ 1-7~; ou alquileno C~ 1-7~-X- alquileno C~ 1-7~, -X-alquileno C~ 1-7~, ou alquileno C~ 1-7~-X-, em que X é -O- ou -S-; e é opcionalmente substituído; Q^ 2^ é independentemente: alquileno C~ 4-8~; e é opcionalmente substituído; e tem um comprimento de cadeia principal de pelo menos 4 átomos; ou: Q^ 2^ é independentemente: arileno C~ 5-20~; arileno C~ 5-20~-alquileno C~ 1-7~; alquileno C~ 1-7~-arileno C~ 5-20~; ou, alquileno C~ 1-7~-arileno C~ 5-20~-alquileno C~ 1-7~; e é opcionalmente substituído; e tem um comprimento de cadeia principal de pelo menos 4 átomos; ou um sal, solvato, amida, éster, éter, forma quimicamente protegida ou pró-medicamento destes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis.
