Abstract
"SISTEMA PARA DETECTAR UREASE E PROCESSO PARA USO DO MESMO". São revelados um sistema e um processo para detecção de infecções bacterianas no trato gastrointestinal. Em uma concretização, o sistema inclui uma primeira composição separada de uma segunda composição. A primeira composição contém uréia na forma de pó. A segunda composição, por outro lado, contém um indicador. Uma biópsia da amostra gástrica é primeiramente contatada com a primeira composição e então colocada na segunda composição. A segunda composição indica a presença de uma enzima que, por sua vez, indica a presença da bactéria. Em uma concretização alternativa da presente invenção, uma biópsia de uma amostra gástrica é contatada com uma composição simples. A composição contém uréia em uma forma em pó combinada com um indicador seco. Além da uréia e de um indicador seco, a composição pode também conter um agente antiaglomerante. O sistema da presente invenção pode incluir um recipiente para manter as composições. Uma ferramenta de manuseio de espécime pode ser incluída no recipiente para manusear a amostra de biópsia.
