Abstract

"MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DE CONCENTRADOS DE FLAVONóIDES". Um método de produção de um concentrado de aglicona de flavonóide a partir de material de planta contendo um glicosídeo de flavonóide adequado e/ou conjugado deste que compreende as etapas de: (i) conversão enzimática do glicosídeo de flavonóide ou conjugado deste na aglicona de flavonóide; e (ii) ajuste do pH para tornar a aglicona de flavonóide relativamente insolúvel e formar um concentrado contendo a mesma.
