Abstract

"PLUGUE OU TIJOLO REFRATáRIO SóLIDO POROSO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE RECIPIENTE PARA INJETAR GáS EM METAL EM FUSãO E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DO MESMO". A invenção se refere a um plugue ou tijolo (1) para injetar gás em metal em fusão através de uma superfície de contato com o metal em fusão (11) compreendendo i) um corpo refratário poroso (2) substancialmente envolto por um corpo substancialmente não poroso (9) exceto na superfície de contato com o metal em fusão (11); e ii) um dispositivo de condução do gás (3, 5) para transportar o gás desde uma fonte do gás até o corpo poroso (2). O plugue ou tijolo é caracterizado pelo fato de que corpo não poroso (11) é feito de material refratário e pelos corpos poroso e não poroso (2,11) terem sido coprensados. Este plugue ou tijolo pode ser usado para injetar de maneira eficaz e confiável pequenas bolhas em um banho de metal em fusão.
