Abstract

Se describe un metodo para tratamiento de superficie de piezas mecanicas, que permite conferir a dichas piezas una resistencia elevada al desgaste y a la corrosion, asi como una rugosidad adecuada para la lubricacion en la que se realiza consecutivamente una nitruracion de dichas piezas seguida por una oxidacion de las piezas mencionadas, caracterizado porque dicha nitruracion se realiza mediante la inmersion de la pieza mencionadas en un bano de nitruracion de sales fundidas libres de especies azufradas, a una temperatura que se encuentra entre aproximadamente 500 degree C y cerca de 700 degree C, y en donde dicha oxidacion se realiza en una solucion acuosa oxidante a una temperatura inferior a aproximadamente 200 degree C.
