Abstract

"FORMA DE DOSAGEM DE DROGAS à BASE DE HIDROGEL". A presente invenção refere-se a uma forma de dosagem para liberação controlada que possui um núcleo revestido com o núcleo compreendendo uma composição contendo a droga e uma composição inchável em água, cada uma ocupando regiões separadas no interior do núcleo. O revestimento em volta do núcleo é permeável à água, insolúvel em água e tem pelo menos um orifício de transferência que o atravessa. é descrita uma variedade de disposições geométricas.
