Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA FAZER UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO ASSADO EM FORMA DE CáLICE". Um processo para fabricar um produto alimentício, um produto alimentício aí produzido e uma unidade para a produção do produto. O produto alimentício pode ter uma forma de cone geralmente truncada que permite que o produto se sustente em sua base. A mistura assada é inserida nas cavidades do molde (3) de uma bandeja (1) e se encaixa em uma segunda bandeja (2) com formadores de macho (4) que correspondem às cavidades do molde (3) na primeira bandeja (1) antes de ser assado. As bandejas podem passar através do forno, em uma transportadora sem fim, como parte de uma unidade que inclui uma estação de enchimento para encher o produto assado com recheio doce ou salgado, e uma estação de congelamento. O produto alimentício é assado com um elevado teor de líquido para a formação de uma camada fina, impermeável, de amido em forma de gelatina para formar superfícies no produto.
