Abstract

"APARELHO DE MONTAGEM DE PNEU". Um aparelho de montagem de pneu (2) constituido por duas metades (3a, 3b) axialmente móveis próximas uma da outra, nas quais uma luva da carcaça (7) de conformação cilíndrica se ajusta. Cada metade (3a, 3b) compreende setores radiais (5), cada qual provido com um membro de retenção radialmente expansível (14, 15) para encaixar a luva da carcaça (7) próximo a uma estrutura de ancoragem (10). Membros de sustentação (23) associados aos membros de retenção (14, 15) definem uma superfície de sustentação cilíndrica para as lonas da carcaça (9) estendida em uma conformação cilíndrica, tomando assim a aplicação das tiras sob a cinta (26) mais fácil. Dispositivos de reviramento (31) que compreendem alavancas circunferencialmente distribuídas (32) reviram as bordas laterais (7a, 7b) da luva da carcaça (7) em torno de estruturas de ancoragem anulares (10), depois das metades (3a, 3b) terem se movido uma para perto da outra, de forma a dar à luva da carcaça (7) uma conformação toroidal e encaixá-la a um conjunto de cintas (29) provido com uma banda de rodagem (30).
