  Pipe or hose coupling.

The invention relates to a hose or pipe coupling in which the coupling sleeves are provided with sloping surfaces which can be pushed onto one another and which act like a wedge when the sleeves are rotated relative to one another and which press the coupling parts against one another and consists mainly in the fact that wedges are provided in the axial direction for mutual rotation of the coupling sleeves the coupling can be moved and supported on the one hand against one, on the other hand against the other coupling sleeve.

This creates a simple and secure connection.

The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, for example, namely: Fig. 1 shows the longitudinal section of a coupling sleeve, Fig. 2 shows the closed coupling in a side view with hidden wedges and Fig. 1 shows a rolling of the ring flanges of the coupling sleeves.
 EMI1.1
large that the remaining parts of the annular flange of the mating sleeve can be pushed in easily.

For the purpose of closing the coupling, one coupling sleeve (or the hose carrying the same) is rotated with respect to the other coupling sleeve, and the annular flanges of both sleeves are then pushed into one another. After releasing the sleeves, the torsional stress comes into effect, which the twisted coupling sleeve takes effect
 EMI1.2
Compensate resistance zn and is connected to the end of the hose in a known manner.

PATENT CLAIMS: t. Pipe or hose coupling, in which the coupling sleeve is provided with surfaces which can be pushed onto one another and which act like a wedge when the sleeves are rotated, and which press the coupling parts together, characterized in that
