Abstract
La presente invención está relacionada con una secuencia de ácido nucleico para detectar la planta de maíz DBN9229 y un método de detección de la misma. La secuencia de ácido nucleico incluye SEQ ID Nº 1 o la secuencia complementaria de esta; o SEQ ID Nº 2 o la secuencia complementaria de esta. La planta de maíz DBN9229 de la presente invención tiene buena resistencia a insectos lepidópteros y buena tolerancia a herbicidas de glufosinato, no tiene impacto sobre el rendimiento, y el método de detección puede identificar con precisión y rápidamente si muestras biológicas contienen una molécula de ADN del evento de maíz transgénico DBN9229.
