Abstract
Se proporciona un tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura de alta resistencia que tiene una alta resistencia, excelente dureza a baja temperatura y excelente resistencia a la corrosión. También se proporciona un método para producir un tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura de alta resistencia. El tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura de alta resistencia tiene una composición que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.012 a 0.05%, Si: 1.0% o menos, Mn: 0.1 a 0.5%, P : 0.05% o menos, S: 0.005% o menos, Cr: más de 16.0% y 18.0% o menos, Mo: más de 2.0% y 3.0% o menos, Cu: 0.5 a 3.5%, Ni: 3.0% o más y menos de 5.0%, W: 0.01 a 3.0%, Nb: 0.01 a 0.5%, Al: 0.001 a 0.1%, N: 0.012 a 0.07%, O: 0.01% o menos, y el resto Fe e impurezas inevitables. El tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura de alta resistencia tiene una estructura que incluye una fase de martensita revenida como fase primaria, y una fase de ferrita de 20 a 40%, y como máximo un 25% de fase de austenita residual en términos de una fracción de volumen, y en la que C, Cr, Ni, Mo, Nb, N, W y Cu en la fase de austenita residual satisfacen una fórmula predeterminada.
