Abstract
En una realización, se divulga un método implementado por computadora para hacer seguimiento de muestras de suelo en un campo. El método comprende la recepción, mediante un procesador, de datos de mapas de campos almacenados digitalmente y datos de muestras almacenados digitalmente. El método también comprende la presentación, mediante el procesador, de un mapa del campo que exhibe el primer grupo de puntos de muestra en una interfaz del usuario gráfica y generada por computadora. Asimismo, el método comprende la recepción de una selección de un primer punto de muestra y la presentación de los datos de la primera muestra asociada con el primer punto de muestra. El método también comprende la recepción de una actualización que indica que una muestra de suelo ha sido recolectada en el primer punto de muestra. Por último, el método comprende la determinación de un segundo punto de muestra en el que una siguiente muestra de suelo será recolectada y la presentación del segundo punto de muestra en el mapa de campo.
