Abstract

Un método para la separación de impurezas de anticuerpos análogos, por el uso de una cromatografía de intercambio de cationes, y de manera más especifica, a un método para la separación de los fragmentos individuales e isoformas de anticuerpos análogos, que se producen durante el proceso de producción de anticuerpos análogos, y la purificación de solamente fragmentos de anticuerpos de destino en alta pureza y rendimiento por el uso de un tampón de elución para la cromatografía de intercambio de cationes.
