Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una nueva clase de anticuerpo monoclonal que se une de forma específica al resto fosforilado de serina 396 en la tau patológica hiperfosforilada (PHF) (pS396), así como a métodos de uso de estas moléculas y sus fragmentos de unión tau en el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Alzheimer y de las taupatías.
