Abstract
Un método para germinar granos de cereal incluye: remojar granos de cereal en agua para obtener granos de cereal remojados que poseen un contenido de humedad promedio de 36% en peso a 55% en peso; agregar un glucósido de esteviol a los granos de cereal remojados para formar una mezcla; germinar la mezcla para formar una mezcla germinada; y secar la mezcla germinada en medida suficiente para dar lugar a un producto de malta.
