Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de la fórmula (1), en la que, R¹ se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, ciano, C₁₋₁₂-alquilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquilo, C₁₋₁₂-alcoxi, C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo y C₄₋₈-cicloalquilalquilo; en el que uno o más átomos de carbono en el anillo de cicloalquilo pueden reemplazarse por heteroátomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O) o C(=S); R² se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en C₁₋₁₂-alquilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquilo, (C=O)-R’’ y C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo; en el que uno o más átomos de carbono en el anillo de cicloalquilo pueden reemplazarse por heteroátomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O) o C(=S); o R¹ y R² junto con los átomos a los que están unidos o junto con otros átomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C, N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O) o C(=S) puede formar un anillo no aromático de tres a siete miembros, que por su parte puede estar sustituido por uno o más grupos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en X, CN, R’, OR’, SR’, N(R’)₂, COOR’ y CON(R’)₂; cada grupo de R¹ y R² puede ser opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en X, CN, R’, OR’, SR’, N(R’)₂, COOR’ y CON(R’)₂; R³ se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en X, ciano, C₁₋₁₂-alquilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquilo, N(R’R’’’), OR’’, S(O)ₙR’’’, (C=O)-R’’ y C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo; en el que uno o más átomos de carbono en el anillo de cicloalquilo pueden reemplazarse por heteroátomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O) y C(=S); R⁴ se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en X, ciano, C₁₋₁₂-alquilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquilo, N(R’R’’’), OR’’, S(O)ₙR’’’, (C=O)-R’’, C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo y C₇₋₁₂-aralquilo; en el que uno o más átomos de carbono en el anillo cíclico pueden reemplazarse por heteroátomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O) y C(=S); R⁴ᵃ y R⁴ᵇ se seleccionan independientemente a partir del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, X, ciano, C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₂₋₄-alquenilo, C₂₋₄-alquinilo, C₁₋₄-haloalquilo, OR’’, S(O)ₙR’, y C₃₋₅-cicloalquilo; cada grupo de R³ y R⁴ puede ser opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en X, CN, R’, OR’, SR’, N(R’)₂, COOR’ y CON(R’)₂; A representa -{[C(R⁶R⁷)]₀₋₂-(B)₀₋₁}-, -{[B-C(R⁶R⁷)]₀₋₁-C(=Y)}-; en la que B representa O, S, NR⁵ o CR⁶R⁷; e Y representa O ó S; R⁵ se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, C₁₋₈-alquilo, C₂₋₈-alquenilo, C₂₋₈-alquinilo, C₁₋₈-haloalquilo, S(O)ₙR’’’, OR’’, NR’R’’, (C=O)-R’’ y C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo; en el que uno o más átomos de carbono en el anillo de cicloalquilo pueden reemplazarse por heteroátomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S); R⁶ y R⁷ se seleccionan independientemente a partir del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, X, ciano, C₁₋₈-alquilo, C₂₋₈-alquenilo, C₂₋₈-alquinilo, C₁₋₈-haloalquilo, N(R’’)₂, OR’’, (C=O)-R’’ y C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo; en el que uno o más átomos de carbono en el anillo de cicloalquilo pueden reemplazarse por heteroátomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O) o C(=S); cada grupo de R⁵, R⁶ y R⁷ puede ser opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en X, CN, R’, OR’, SR’, N(R’)₂, COOR’ y CON(R’)₂; el anillo E se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en C₃₋₁₈-carbociclilo y C₃₋₁₈-heterociclilo, fusionado o no fusionado, que puede ser opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más grupos de R⁸; en el que uno o más átomos de carbono en el anillo cíclico pueden reemplazarse por heteroátomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O) y C(=S); R⁶ᵃ y R⁷ᵃ se seleccionan independientemente a partir del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, X, ciano, C₁₋₈-alquilo, C₂₋₈-alquenilo, C₂₋₈-alquinilo, C₁₋₈-haloalquilo, C₂₋₈-haloalquenilo, (NR’’)₂, OR’’, S(O)ₙR’’’, (C=O)-R’’ y C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo; cada grupo de R⁸, R⁹ o R¹⁰ puede ser opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en X, CN, R’, OR’, SR’, N(R’R’’), COOR’ y CON(R’R’’); X representa halógeno; R’ se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, C₁₋₈-alquilo y C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo; en el que el grupo alquilo y cicloalquilo pueden estar opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más X; R’’ se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, C₁₋₈-alquilo, C₁₋₈-haloalquilo, C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo, N(R’)₂, OR’ y C₆₋₁₈-arilo; en el que uno o más átomos de carbono en el anillo cíclico pueden reemplazarse por heteroátomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O) o C(=S); R’’’ se selecciona a partir de los grupos que consisten en ciano, R’’, C₂₋₈-alquenilo, C₂₋₈-alquinilo, C₃₋₈-cicloalquilo, C₄₋₈-cicloalquenilo, C₄₋₈-cicloalquinilo, OR’, (C=O)-R’, COOR’, CON(R’)₂, C₆₋₁₈-arilo y C₇₋₁₉-aralquilo; en el que uno o más átomos de carbono en el anillo cíclico pueden reemplazarse por heteroátomos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en N, O, S(O)ₘ y que opcionalmente incluyen de 1 a 3 miembros del anillo seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en C(=O) o C(=S); cada grupo de R’’ y R’’’ puede ser sustituido por uno o más grupos seleccionados a partir del grupo que consiste en X, CN, R’, OR’, SR’, N(R’)₂, COOR’ y CON(R’)₂; n representa un número entero 0, 1 ó 2; m representa un número entero 1 ó 2; o las sales, isómeros / isómeros estructurales, isómeros estereoisómeros, diastereómeros, enantiómeros, tautómeros, complejos metálicos, polimorfos o N-óxidos agrícolamente aceptables; con la condición de que los siguientes compuestos estén excluidos de la definición de compuesto de la fórmula (1): N’-(2-ciano-3-((3,3-difluoro-1-metilpiperidin-4-ilo)oxi)-5-metoxifenilo)-N,N-dimetilformimidamida y N’-(5-bromo-2-ciano-3-((2,4-dimetoxibencilo)oxi)fenilo)-N,N-dimetilformimidamida.
