Abstract

La presente se relaciona con derivados de fenilamina 4-sustituidos, además se relaciona con métodos para su preparación y para el uso de dichos compuestos para el control de microorganismos fitopatogénicos no deseados, y agentes para dicho propósito, que comprenden dichos derivados de fenilamina. Además se relaciona con un método para el control de microorganismos fitopatogénicos no deseados mediante la aplicación de dichos derivados de fenilamina 4-sustituidos. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto caracterizado porque es de fórmula general (1), donde R¹ se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, CN, SR’’, O’’, C₁₋₁₂-alquilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquinilo, C₃₋₈-alquilo cíclico, C₄₋₈-alquenilo cíclico, C₄₋₈-alquinilo cíclico; donde uno o más átomos de carbono en el sistema de anillo cíclico se puede reemplazar por heteroátomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂; R² y R³ se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, CN, S(O)ₙR’’, O’’, (C=O)-R’’, C₁₋₁₂-alquilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquinilo, C₃₋₈-alquilo cíclico, C₄₋₈-alquenilo cíclico, C₄₋₈-alquinilo cíclico, C₅₋₁₈-arilo, C₇₋₁₉-aralquilo; donde uno o más átomos de carbono en el sistema de anillo cíclico se pueden reemplazar por heteroátomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂; o R¹ y R², R² y R³ o R¹ y R³ junto con los átomos a los cuales están unidos o junto con otros átomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C, N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂ pueden formar entre tres y siete miembros del anillo no aromático, que a su vez pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más X, R’, O’, SR’, NR’₂, SiR’₃, COOR’, CN o CONR’₂; y donde, cada uno de R¹, R² y R³ puede estar opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en X, R’, O’, SR’, NR’₂, SiR’₃, COOR’, CN o CONR’₂; A¹, A², A³ y A⁴ independientemente representan CR⁴ o nitrógeno; con la condición de que no más de dos de A¹, A², A³ y A⁴ puedan ser nitrógeno simultáneamente; R⁴ se selecciona independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, X, CN, NR’’₂, NO₂, SCN, SF₅, S(O)ₙR’’, SiR’₃, O’’, (C=O)-R’’, CR’=NR’’, C₁₋₁₂-alquilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquinilo, C₃₋₈-alquilo cíclico, C₄₋₈-alquenilo cíclico, C₄₋₈-alquinil cíclico o, C₅₋₁₈-arilo, C₇₋₁₉-aralquilo; donde uno o más átomos de carbono en el sistema de anillo cíclico se pueden reemplazar por heteroátomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂; o dos R⁴ vecinales junto con el átomo al cual están unidos o junto con otros átomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C, N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂ pueden formar un anillo de cuatro a siete miembros, que a su vez pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más X, R’, O’, SR’, NR’₂, SiR’₃, COOR’, CN o CONR’₂; G y B representan O, S, NR’’’ o CR⁵R⁶; m representa un entero de 1 ó 2; R⁵ y R⁶ se seleccionan independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, X, CN, NR’’₂, SCN, S(O)ₙR’’, SiR’₃, O’, (C=O)-R’’, CR’=NR’’, C₁₋₁₂-alquilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquinilo, C₃₋₈-alquilo cíclico, C₄₋₈-alquenilo cíclico, C₅₋₁₈-arilo, C₇₋₁₉-aralquilo; donde uno o más átomos de carbono en el sistema de anillo cíclico se pueden reemplazar por heteroátomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂; o R⁵ y R⁶ junto con el átomo al cual están unidos o junto con otros átomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C, N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂ pueden formar un anillo de tres a siete miembros, que a su vez pueden estar sustituidos con uno o más X, R’, O’, SR’, NR’₂, SiR’₃, COOR’, CN o CONR’₂; o R⁵ y R⁶ juntos representan el grupo seleccionado entre =O, =S; Q se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en C₃₋₁₅-heterociclo o C₃₋₁₅-carbociclo fusionado o no fusionado o; que puede estar opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más grupos de R⁷; donde R⁷ se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, X, CN, SCN, SF₅, O’’, NO₂, NR’’₂, SiR’₃, (C=O)-R’’, S(O)ₙR’’, C₁₋₈-alquil-S(O)ₙR’’, C₁₋₈-alquil-(C=O)-R’’, CR’=NR’’, S(O)ₙC₅₋₁₈-arilo, S(O)ₙC₇₋₁₉-aralquilo, C₁₋₁₂-alquilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-alquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquenilo, C₂₋₁₂-haloalquinilo, C₁₋₁₂-alcoxi, C₁₋₁₂-alquiltio, C₁₋₁₂-haloalcoxi, C₁₋₁₂-haloalquiltio, C₃₋₈-alquilo cíclico, C₃₋₈-haloalquilo cíclico, C₄₋₈-alquenilo cíclico, C₄₋₈-alquinilo cíclico, C₅₋₁₂-alquilo bicíclico, C₇₋₁₂-alquenilo bicíclico, C₆₋₁₅-arilo, C₇₋₁₉-aralquilo, C₃₋₆-heterociclilo, C₃₋₈-heterociclilalquilo, C₃₋₆-heterocicliloxi, C₃₋₆-heterocicliltio; donde uno o más átomos de carbono en el sistema de anillo cíclico se pueden reemplazar por heteroátomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂; o dos R⁷ junto con el átomo al cual están unidos o junto con otros átomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C, N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂ pueden formar un anillo de tres a siete miembros, que a su vez puede estar sustituido con uno o más X, R’, O’, SR’, NR’₂, SiR’₃, COOR’, CN o CONR’₂; donde, cada uno de R⁴, R⁵, R⁶ y R⁷ puede estar opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más grupos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en X, R’, R’’, SR’, SiR’₃, COOR’, CN o CONR’₂; donde X representa halógeno; R’ representa hidrógeno, C₁₋₆-alquilo o C₃₋₈-alquilo cíclico que puede estar opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más X; R’’ representa hidrógeno, CONR’₂, NR’₂, O’, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo o C₃₋₈-alquilo cíclico que puede estar opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más grupos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en X, R’, O’, SR’, NR’₂, SiR’₃, COOR’, CN o CONR’₂; o C₆₋₁₂-arilo que puede estar opcionalmente sustituido por uno o más X, R’, O’, SR’, NR’₂, SiR’₃, COOR’, CN o CONR’₂; donde uno o más átomos de carbono en el sistema de anillo cíclico se pueden reemplazar por heteroátomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂; R’’’ se selecciona entre los grupos que consiste en hidrógeno, R’’, O’’, (C=O)-R’, S(O)ₙR’’, COOR’, CONR’₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, C₃₋₈-alquilo cíclico, C₆₋₁₂-arilo, C₁₋₁₂-aralquilo; donde uno o más átomos de carbono en el sistema de anillo cíclico se pueden reemplazar por heteroátomos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en N, O, S y que opcionalmente incluyen entre 1 y 3 miembros en el anillo seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en C(=O), C(=S), S(O)ₘ y SiR’₂; y donde cada uno de los grupos anteriores puede estar sustituido por uno o mas grupos seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en X, R’, O’, SR’, NR’₂, SiR’₃, COOR’, CN o CONR’₂; n representa un entero entre el rango de 0 y 2; y sales aceptables para uso agronómico, complejos metálicos, isómeros / isómeros estructurales, estereoisómeros, diastereoisómeros, enantiómeros, tautómeros, o N-óxidos de dichos compuestos.
