Abstract
Se divulga un método para realizar una medición analítica con base en una reacción de formación de color en una tira reactiva óptica (116) usando un dispositivo móvil (112) que tiene una cámara (114) así como un programa informático que incluye instrucciones ejecutables por ordenador para realizar el método. Además, se divulgan un dispositivo móvil y un kit para realizar una medición analítica. El método comprende la etapa a): proporcionar una tira reactiva óptica (116) que tiene un campo de prueba (118) sin tener una muestra aplicada a la misma; etapa b): capturar al menos una primera imagen de al menos parte del campo de prueba (118) de la tira reactiva óptica (116) sin tener una muestra aplicada a la misma utilizando la cámara (114) con al menos un ajuste de adquisición de imágenes de la cámara (114), específicamente con un conjunto de ajustes de adquisición de la cámara (114); etapa c): aplicar una muestra, específicamente una gota, de fluido corporal al campo de prueba (118) de la tira reactiva óptica (116); etapa d): esperar un tiempo mínimo predeterminado; etapa e): capturar al menos una segunda imagen de al menos parte del campo de prueba (118) de la tira reactiva óptica (116) que tiene la muestra de fluido corporal aplicada a la misma usando la cámara (114) con el uno o más ajustes de adquisición de imágenes de la cámara (114), en donde los ajustes de adquisición de imágenes de la cámara (114) son los mismos ajustes de adquisición de imágenes de la cámara (114) que se usaron en la etapa b); y etapa f): determinar un valor de resultado de medición analítica utilizando la primera y la segunda imagen del campo de prueba óptico (118) de la tira reactiva óptica (116), específicamente al comparar las al menos dos imágenes.
