Abstract
La presente se refiere a una tripa alimentaría con propiedades antifúngicas que comprende un recubrimiento formado por la aplicación en al menos su superficie externa de una composición a base de agua que comprende al menos, un agente de formación de película, un lípido y natamicina. También se refiere al método para producir dicha tripa alimentaría, así como a un producto cárnico preparado embutiendo dicha tripa alimentaría con carne o una emulsión cárnica.
