Se proporcionan secuencias de aminoácidos de Cry1Da genomanipuladas que exhiben actividad insecticida para lepidópteros mejorada y un espectro de inhibición de lepidópteros ampliado en comparación con la toxina proteica Cry1Da de origen natural.
