Abstract
Esta divulgación se refiere a moléculas de ácido nucleico y a métodos para su utilización con vistas al control de insectos plaga por medio de la inhibición, mediada por interferencia de ARN, de secuencias de codificación de diana y de secuencias no codificadores transcritas, en insectos plaga, lo que incluye coleópteros plaga y/o hemípteros plaga. La divulgación se refiere también a métodos para preparar plantas transgénicas que expresen moléculas de ácido nucleico útiles para el control de insectos plaga, y a células de planta y plantas obtenidas con éstos. Reivindicación 1: Un ácido nucleico aislado que comprende por lo menos un polinucleótido operativamente ligado a un promotor heterólogo, en donde el polinucleótido es seleccionado entre el grupo consistente en: SEQ ID Nº 1, el complemento de la SEQ ID Nº 1, un fragmento de por lo menos 15 nucleótidos contiguos de la SEQ ID Nº 1; el complemento de un fragmento de por lo menos 15 nucleótidos contiguos de la SEQ ID Nº 1; una secuencia de codificación nativa de un organismo Diabrotica que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 1; el complemento de una secuencia codificadora nativa de un organismo Diabrotica que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 1; un fragmento de por lo menos 15 nucleótidos contiguos de una secuencia codificadora nativa de un organismo Diabrotica que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 1; el complemento de un fragmento de por lo menos 15 nucleótidos contiguos de una secuencia codificadora nativa de un organismo Diabrotica que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 1; y SEQ ID Nº 87; el complemento de la SEQ ID Nº 87; un fragmento o de por lo menos 15 nucleótidos contiguos de la SEQ ID Nº 87; el complemento de un fragmento de por lo menos 15 nucleótidos contiguos de la SEQ ID Nº 87; una secuencia de codificacién nativa de un organismo Euschistus que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 87; el complemento de una secuencia codificadora nativa de un organismo Euschistus que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 87; un fragmento de por lo menos 15 nucleótidos contiguos de una secuencia codificadora nativa de un organismo Euschistus que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 87; el complemento de un fragmento de por lo menos 15 nucleótidos contiguos de una secuencia codificadora nativa de un organismo Euschistus que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 87.
