Abstract

Inhibidores de la nitrificación de la fórmula (1). Más aún, el uso de estos inhibidores de la nitrificación para reducir la nitrificación, así como mezclas agroquímicas y composiciones que comprenden los inhibidores de la nitrificación También métodos para reducir la nitrificación que comprende el tratamiento de plantas, suelo y/o loci con dichos inhibidores de la nitrificación y métodos para tratar un fertilizante o una composición por aplicación de dicho inhibidor de nitrificación. Reivindicación 1: Uso de un inhibidor de nitrificación para reducir la nitrificación, en donde dicho inhibidor de nitrificación es un compuesto de la fórmula (1) o uno de sus estereoisómeros, sales, tautómeros o N-óxidos, en donde A es arilo o hetarilo, en donde el anillo aromático puede estar, en cada caso, no sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes, que se seleccionan cada uno, de modo independiente, de RA; R¹ y R² se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de H y alquilo C₁₋₂; y R³ es H, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, hidroxialquilo C₁₋₄, etinilhidroximetilo, fenilhidroximetilo o arilo, en donde el anillo aromático puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes, que se seleccionan cada uno, de modo independiente, de RB; (ii) alquilen C₁₋₄-C(=Y¹)Rᶜ, alquenilen C₂₋₄-C(=Y¹)Rᶜ, alquilen C₁₋₄-C(=Y¹)ORᶜ, alquenilen C₂₋₄-C(=Y¹)ORᶜ, alquilen C₁₋₄-C(=Y¹)SRᶜ, alquenilen C₂₋₄-C(=Y¹)SRᶜ, alquilen C₁₋₄-C(=Y¹)NRᵃNRᵇ, alquenilen C₂₋₄-C(=Y¹)NRᵃNRᵇ, alquilen C₁₋₄-Y²-C(=Y¹)Rᶜ, alquenilen C₂₋₄-Y²-C(=Y¹)Rᶜ, alquilen C₁₋₄-NRᵃRᵇ, alquenilen C₂₋₄-NRᵃRᵇ, alquilen C₁₋₄-ORᶜ, alquenilen C₂₋₄-ORᶜ, alquilen C₁₋₄-SRᶜ, alquenilen C₂₋₄-SRᶜ, en donde la cadena de alquileno C₁₋₄ o alquenileno C₂₋₄ puede estar, en cada caso, no sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con ORᵍ, CN, halógeno o fenilo; (iii) arilo, aril-alquilo C₁₋₂, hetarilo o hetaril-alquilo C₁₋₂, en donde el anillo aromático del grupo arilo o hetarilo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes, que se seleccionan cada uno, de modo independiente, de Rʰ; (iv) un carbociclo o heterociclo saturado o insaturado de 3 a 14 miembros, que puede contener 1, 2 ó 3 heteroátomos que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de NR¹ᵇ, O y S, en donde S se puede oxidar y/o en donde el carbociclo o heterociclo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de Rⁱ; y en donde R¹ᵇ es H, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cicloalquil C₃₋₆-metilo u ORᵍ; o (v) L-B, en donde L es -CH₂-, -CH=CH-, -CºC-, -C(=O)- o -CH=, y B es arilo o hetarilo, en donde el anillo aromático del grupo arilo o hetarilo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes, que se seleccionan cada uno, de modo independiente, de Rʰ; o un carbociclo o heterociclo saturado o insaturado de 3 a 14 miembros, que puede contener 1, 2 ó 3 heteroátomos que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de NR¹ᵇ, O y S, en donde S se puede oxidar y/o en donde el carbociclo o heterociclo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de Rⁱ; y en donde R¹ᵇ es H, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cicloalquil C₃₋₆-metilo u ORᵍ; o (vi) dos sustituyentes RA representan juntos un anillo carbocíclico o heterocíclico, que se fusiona con A y puede contener 1, 2 ó 3 heteroátomos que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de NR¹ᶜ, O y S, en donde S se puede oxidar y/o en donde el carbociclo o heterociclo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de Rⁱ; y en donde R¹ᶜ es H, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cicloalquil C₃₋₆-metilo, heterociclilo C₃₋₆, heterociclilmetilo C₃₋₆ u ORᵍ; y en donde RB es NH-C(=O)-(alquilo C₁₋₄), NH-C(=O)-(alquenilo C₂₋₄), NH-C(=O)-(alcoxi C₁₋₂-alquilo C₁₋₂), NH-C(=O)-(cicloalquilo C₃₋₆), NH-S(=O)₂-(alquilo C₁₋₄) o NO₂; y en donde Y¹, Y² e Y³ se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de O, S y NR¹ᵃ, en donde R¹ᵃ es en cada caso, de modo independiente, H, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cicloalquil C₃₋₆-metilo, ORᵍ, SRᵍ o NRᵐRⁿ; Rᵃ y Rᵇ se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de (i) H, NRʲRᵏ, ORˡ, SRˡ, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄, alquinilo C₂₋₄, hidroxialquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄, C₍₌Y¹)Rˡ, C(=Y¹)ORˡ, C(=Y¹)SRˡ, C(=Y¹)NRʲRᵏ, C(=Y¹)C(=Y²)Rˡ, S(=O)₂Rᶠ; (ii) arilo o hetarilo, en donde el anillo aromático del grupo arilo o hetarilo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes, que se seleccionan cada uno, de modo independiente, de Rʰ; o Rᵃ y Rᵇ junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están unidos forman (iii) un grupo hetarilo que puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes, que se seleccionan cada uno, de modo independiente, de Rʰ; o (iv) un heterociclo saturado o insaturado de 3 a 10 miembros, que puede contener 1, 2 ó 3 heteroátomos que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de NR¹ᵇ, O y S, en donde S se puede oxidar y/o en donde el heterociclo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de Rⁱ; y en donde R¹ᵇ es H, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cicloalquil C₃₋₆-metilo u ORᵍ; Rᶜ es (i) H, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄, alquinilo C₂₋₄, C₍₌O₎ORˡ, C(=O)SRˡ, C(=O)NRʲRᵏ; (ii) alquilen C₁₋₄-C(=O)Rˡ, alquilen C₁₋₄-C(=O)ORˡ, en donde la cadena de alquileno C₁₋₄ puede estar, en cada caso, no sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con ORᵍ, CN, halógeno o fenilo; (iii) arilo, aril-alquilo C₁₋₂, hetarilo o hetaril-alquilo C₁₋₂, en donde el anillo aromático del grupo arilo o hetarilo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes, que se seleccionan cada uno, de modo independiente, de Rʰ; o (iv) un carbociclo o heterociclo saturado o insaturado de 3 a 10 miembros, que puede contener 1, 2 ó 3 heteroátomos que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de NR¹ᵇ, O y S, en donde S se puede oxidar y/o en donde el carbociclo o heterociclo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes que se seleccionan, de modo independiente entre sí, de Rⁱ; y en donde R¹ᵇ es H, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cicloalquil C₃₋₈-metilo u ORᵍ; Rᵈ y Rᵉ se seleccionan, de modo independiente, de alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, NRʲRᵏ, ORˡ, SRˡ, CN, C(=Y¹)Rˡ, C(=Y¹)ORˡ, C(=Y¹)SRˡ o C(=Y¹)NRʲRᵏ; Rᶠ es alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, NRʲRᵏ, ORˡ, SRˡ, arilo o hetarilo, en donde el anillo aromático del grupo arilo o hetarilo puede no estar sustituido o puede estar parcial o totalmente sustituido con sustituyentes, que se seleccionan cada uno, de modo independiente, de Rʰ; Rᵍ es H o alquilo C₁₋₄; Rʰ esa halógeno, CN, NO₂, NRʲRᵏ, ORˡ, SRˡ, alquilo C₁₋₄, alquenilo C₂₋₄, alquinilo C₂₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄, alquinil C₂₋₄-oxi, C(=Y¹)Rˡ, C(=Y¹)ORˡ, C(=Y¹)SRˡ, C(=Y¹)NRʲRᵏ, arilo, ariloxi, hetarilo y hetariloxi; Reivindicación 6: Una composición para reducir la nitrificación que comprende al menos un inhibidor de la nitrificación como se define en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6 y al menos un portador. Reivindicación 7: Una mezcla agroquímica que comprende (i) al menos un fertilizante; y (ii) al menos un inhibidor de la nitrificación como se define en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6 o la composición de acuerdo con la reivindicación 7. Reivindicación 10: Un método para reducir la nitrificación, que comprende el tratamiento de una planta que crece sobre el suelo o sustituyentes del suelo y/o el locus o suelo o sustituyentes del suelo, donde la planta está creciendo o pretende crecer con al menos un inhibidor de la nitrificación como se define en cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6 o una composición según se define en la reivindicación 7. Reivindicación 14: La mezcla agroquímica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 8, el uso de acuerdo con la reivindicación 9 ó 10 o el método de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 12 a 14, en donde dicho fertilizante es un fertilizante inorgánico que contiene amonio tales como un fertilizante NPK, amonio anhidro, nitrato de amonio, nitrato de calcio y amonio, sulfato nitrato de amonio, sulfato de amonio o fosfato de amonio; un fertilizante orgánico tales como estiércol liquido, estiércol semilíquido, estiércol de biogás, estiércol estable y estiércol de paja, humus de gusanos, compost, algas o guano o un fertilizante que contiene urea tales como urea, formaldehído urea, solución de urea y nitrato de amonio (UAN), urea sulfurada, urea estabilizada, fertilizantes NPK a base de urea o sulfato de amonio y urea.
