Abstract
Se provee un tubo de acero sin costura de alta resistencia para productos tubulares de la industria petrolera que tiene excelente resistencia a fisuración por tensocorrosión por sulfuros. El tubo de acero sin costura de alta resistencia, en porcentaje en masa, lo siguiente: C, desde 0,20 hasta 0,50%; Si, desde 0,05 hasta 0,40%; Mn, desde 0,3 hasta 0,9%; P, 0,015% o menos; S, 0,005% o menos; Al, desde 0,03 hasta 0,1%; N, 0,006% o menos; Cr, desde más de 0,6% hasta 1,7% o menos; Mo, desde más de 1,0% hasta 3,0% o menos; V, desde 0,02 hasta 0,3%; Nb, desde 0,001 hasta 0,02%; B, desde 0,0005 hasta 0,0040%; O, 0,0030% o menos; y Ti, menos de 0,003%. La fracción en volumen de martensita revenida es de 90% o más en términos de una fracción en volumen. El número de inclusiones de nitruro con un diámetro de partícula de 4 mm o más es de 50 o menos por 100 mm²; el número de inclusiones de nitruro con un diámetro de partícula de menos de 4 mm es de 500 o menos por 100 mm²; el número de inclusiones de óxido con un diámetro de partícula de 4 mm o más es de 40 o menos por 100 mm²; y el número de inclusiones de óxido con un diámetro de partícula de menos de 4 mm es de 400 o menos por 100 mm² en una sección transversal perpendicular a una dirección de laminación.
