Abstract
En la presente se proporciona un tubo de acero sin costura de alta resistencia para productos tubulares para la industria petrolera que tiene excelente resistencia al agrietamiento por corrosión bajo tensión por sulfuros. El tubo de acero sin costura de alta resistencia para productos tubulares para la industria petrolera contiene C: 0.20 a 0.50% en masa, Si: 0.05 a 0.40% en masa, Mn: 0.1 a 1.5% en masa, P: 0.015% en masa o menos, S: 0.005% en masa o menos, Al: 0.005 a 0.1% en masa, N: 0.006% en masa o menos, Cr: 0.1 a 2.5% en masa, Mo: 0.1 a 1.0% en masa, V: 0.03 a 0.3% en masa, Nb: 0.001 a 0.030% en masa, B: 0.0003 a 0.0030% en masa, O: 0.0030% en masa o menos, y Ti: 0.003 a 0.025% en masa, y satisface Ti/N = 2.0 a 5.5. El tubo de acero sin costura de alta resistencia tiene una fracción de volumen de martensita revenida de 95% o mayor, y un número de tamaño de austenita previo de 8.5 o más, y contiene inclusiones de nitruro que tienen un tamaño de 4 µm o más y cuyo número es 100 o menos por 100 mm2, inclusiones de nitruro que tienen un tamaño de menos de 4 µm y cuyo número es 700 o menos por 100 mm2, inclusiones de óxido que tienen un tamaño de 4 µm o más y cuyo número es 60 o menos por 100 mm2, e inclusiones de óxido que tienen un tamaño de menos de 4 µm y cuyo número es 500 o menos por 100 mm2, en una sección transversal perpendicular a una dirección de laminación.
