Abstract
Se da a conocer un electrodo (10), en el cual una primera capa (30) de TiOˣ con una porosidad en el rango de 0 - 3% está presente sobre al menos una superficie de un electrodo sustrato (20), y una segunda capa (40) de TiOˣ con una porosidad de más de 3 y hasta 20% está presente sobre la primera capa (30) de TiOˣ. Una capa electro-catalítica (50) está presente sobre la segunda capa (40) de TiOˣ, x se encuentra en el rango de 1 - 2 para la primera (30) y para la segunda capa (40) de TiOˣ. Se da a conocer un proceso para la manufactura del electrodo (10) y usos del mismo.
