Abstract
Se refiere al campo de los materiales sólidos para adsorción de litio. En particular, se refiere a un procedimiento de preparación de un material sólido cristalizado y conformado, preferentemente en forma de extruidos, de fórmula: LiXˣ.2AI(OH)₃,nH₂O con n que está comprendido entre 0,01 y 10, donde x es igual a 1 cuando X es un anión elegido entre aniones cloruro, hidróxido y nitrato, y x es igual a 0,5 cuando X es un anión elegido entre los aniones sulfato y carbonato, que comprende una etapa a) de precipitación de boehmita en condiciones de temperatura y de pH especificas, al menos una etapa de conformado, preferentemente por extrusión, donde dicho procedimiento también comprende una etapa de tratamiento hidrotérmico final, y todo ello permite aumentar la capacidad de adsorción del litio, así como la cinética de adsorción de los materiales obtenidos con respecto a los materiales del arte anterior cuando este se utiliza en un procedimiento de extracción del litio de soluciones salinas.
