Abstract
La presente se refiere a procesos para la producción de etanol a partir de material que contiene almidón, usando una levadura de Saccharomyces cerevisiae (depositada con el Acceso Nº V15/004035, V15/004036 o V15/004037 en el National Measurement Institute, Victoria, Australia) o una cepa de un organismo de fermentación que tiene propiedades que son aproximadamente las mismas que aquellas de la cepa depositada del Saccharomyces cerevisiae, o un derivado de Saccharomyces cepa V15/004035, V15/004036 o V15/004037 que tiene las características de definición de las cepas V15/004035, V15/004036 o V15/004037. Además se refiere a levaduras Saccharomyces depositadas bajo el Tratado de Budapest y que tienen el Nº de acceso NMI V15/004035, V15/004036 o V15/004037 o un derivado de la cepa V15/004035, V15/004036 o V15/004037 que exhibe una o más propiedades o características de definición de las cepas V15/004035, V15/004036 o V15/004037. Además se refiere a composiciones que comprenden una levadura de Saccharomyces y componentes naturales y/o no naturales.
