Abstract

Se describe una combinación de extractos lipofílicos de Zingiber officinale y Echinacea angustifolia para el tratamiento del prurito, dolor periférico, trastornos inflamatorios y dolorosos superficiales o profundos, dolor asociado a espasmos musculares, dolor causado por herpes, radiodermatitis inducida por radioterapia oncológica con o sin infecciones fúngicas o bacterianas.Reivindicación 3: Una combinación de acuerdo con lo reivindicado en las reivindicaciones 1 - 2, con contenido de isobutilamidas de Echinacea angustifolia y gingerol de Zingiber officinale en relaciones ponderales en el rango de 1:1 a 1:0,1. Reivindicación 5: Una composición que contiene la combinación de extractos lipofílicos de Zingiber officinale y Echinacea angustifolia de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 - 4, junto con vehículos y excipientes fisiológicamente compatibles para usar en el tratamiento del prurito, dolor periférico, trastornos inflamatorios y dolorosos superficiales o profundos, dolor asociado a espasmos musculares, dolor causado por herpes, radiodermatitis inducida por radioterapia oncológica con o sin infecciones fúngicas o bacterianas, edema y trastornos de irritación cutánea incluyendo los debidos a excesiva exposición a la luz solar. Reivindicación 8: Extracto lipofílico de Zingiber officinale que se obtiene mediante la extracción de las raíces o rizomas de la planta con dióxido de carbono en condiciones supercríticas, a presiones en el rango de 230 a 260 barias, a una temperatura en el rango de 40 a 60ºC, durante un lapso en el rango de 1 a 10 horas.
