Abstract
Una microcápsula que comprende un núcleo, que comprende una fase continua que consiste de: un ingrediente activo no miscible con agua (I), o un solvente no miscible con agua y un ingrediente activo no miscible con agua (I), y surfactantes no miscibles con agua o una mezcla de surfactantes no miscibles con agua, en donde en dicha fase continua está presente un componente que absorbe agua en forma de una solución o dispersión acuosa, que es emulsionada en la fase continua del material de núcleo; en donde el núcleo está rodeado por una pared de cápsula; en donde la pared de cápsula comprende un monómero formador de pared 1 y un monómero formador de pared 2; en donde el monómero formador de pared 1 se refiere a poliisocianato, un cloruro de poliácido, un policloroformato o un cloruro de polisulfonilo; en donde el monómero formador de pared 2 se refiere a una poliamina o un poliol; y en donde el ingrediente activo no miscible con agua (I) se refiere a al menos un compuesto seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en fungicidas, insecticidas, nematocidas, herbicidas y/o safeners.Reivindicación 1: Una microcápsula, caracterizada porque comprende un núcleo, que comprende una fase continua que consiste de: un ingrediente activo no miscible con agua (I), o un solvente no miscible con agua y un ingrediente activo no miscible con agua (I), y surfactantes no miscibles con agua o una mezcla de surfactantes no miscibles con agua, en donde en dicha fase continua está presente un componente que absorbe agua en forma de una solución o dispersión acuosa, que es emulsionada en la fase continua del material de núcleo; en donde el núcleo está rodeado por una pared de cápsula; en donde la pared de cápsula comprende un monómero formador de pared 1 y un monómero formador de pared 2; en donde el monómero formador de pared 1 se refiere a poliisocianato, un cloruro de poliácido, un policloroformato o un cloruro de polisulfonilo; en donde el monómero formador de pared 2 se refiere a una poliamina o un poliol; y en donde el ingrediente activo no miscible con agua (I) se refiere a al menos un compuesto seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en fungicidas, insecticidas, nematocidas, herbicidas y/o safeners. Reivindicación 3: La microcápsula de las reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque el ingrediente activo no miscible con agua (I) es un herbicida o insecticida o fungicida o combinaciones de los mismos. Reivindicación 4: La microcápsula según la cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque el ingrediente activo (I) es un compuesto de dinitroanilina y/o cloroacetanilida.
