Abstract
Variantes de Fc de inmunoglobulinas que tienen una mayor afinidad de unión por el FcRn, caracterizadas por incluir una o más modificaciones de aminoácidos seleccionadas del grupo que consiste de 307S, 308F, 380S, 380A, 428L, 429K, 430S, 433K y 434S (esta numeración se basa en el índice EU) en la región constante de un fragmento de Fc de inmunoglobulinas nativas. Debido a la gran afinidad de unión por el FcRn, las variantes de Fc de inmunoglobulinas muestran una vida media in vivo más prolongada, y por consiguiente se pueden usar en la preparación de una formulación de acción prolongada de drogas proteicas. Conjugado de proteína.
